Arc Casting furnace
This unit is one of four arc casting furnaces used to prepare alloys, it utilizes a tungsten tip and a water cooled copper hearth. All of our units have hot/cold water heath and chamber body heat exchange lines, this allows us to drive moister from the mold surface and chamber walls while under a vacuum. We use only high purity grade argon gas for the atmosphere.
